That’s not it; it’s also the powder here vs the heavy wet snow. Here we are trading worse visibility—with the blowing and drifting snow— for less outages.

We do that well. There are some great towns to your west as you get into the hilly area, but then there’s also towns to the east a little closer to the coast that tend to get on these coastal pretty well. Henry's Weather
As a kid, I was so happy with dec 2009 and getting 5 inches. The wonder is gone and I blame dopa-drip model output and loss aversion/overcomparison

Temp down to 23F. Pretty low vis here, but crappy flakes now. 5.8" here in Windham. My yard is very protected, probably helps a bit.

It would be a tough choice between 1,000 hills to west or the NH Seacoast t-storm machine to the east.

Bryan63
Can only use so many metaphors, this is unreal. The band just refuses to move, relentless rates and wind. Kudos to Middleborough Gas & Electric, have done a great job investing into the infrastructure and so far it's showing.

Nice to have someone just on the other side of 93 to cross reference totals in these situations! It does appear to have picked up here in the last 15 minutes or so. As the forcing associated with the main CCB to our east starts to weaken, I'm hoping these subsidence holes will fill in a bit too.

But lets see what happens as the band pivots east. I've been through this so many times my friend. I too thought it wouldn't be this bad but also didn't think the storm was going to go that far SE. I'm wondering if this is even a shadowing issue as opposed to the goods just not getting up here. I also thought Hartford area would have done better. You know what Ryan has in Weho?
