Just looking at SPC analysis and surface low is just starting the process of getting captured.  Going to move little over the next few hours as it starts to rapidly deepen.  Radar is just classic and indicative of a rapidly deepening coastal low.  Just don't see things like this that often.  Just hope those bands can get out this way.

Been under 20-25dbz for a while. Nothing crazy but can get the jib done.
