Quick question for the experts like @wxmeddler and @MN Transplant and or all other mets/smart people

On Radarscope which radar/tilt/reflectivity is best to see when returns are close to surface and not virga?  Are radars like TADW better to see that than KLWX?

Their webcams confirm light snow has commenced down there.

The drop last night was impressive - 47 around 4pm with a low of 6 this morning.  Not bad at all.

Alright, I've checked out from the model runs its time to watch it snow. I think while I wait for the returns overhead to translate to the surface I'll go and watch a movie in a lecture hall. If anyone has any suggestions lmk!

Can confirm up in the mountains flakes are gaining in size and sticking to everything.
