Coming down pretty hard now in the UWS and with these rates it’s just starting to stick to car tops and colder surfaces. Would need to sustain this for any chance at a few inches.

Light snow ain't gonna cut it. Today the temps are staying around freezing with the heavier rates so its accumulating nicely

The models seem all over the place for tomorrow, some too far east some so far west NYC starts as rain.

i go out for a bit and come back, people are honking 5-6 inches...a few runs later, light snow or rain.....it's maddening so i'll check back later, being dragged to a movie i don't wanna see....family time. avatar. hopefully i can catch some zz's.

FWIW GEFS cut back a touch from 6z. At this range I have noticed that ensembles movements do not really reflect in the next model run.

2.8 inches as of 11:45, 0.7 inches in the last half hour, best rates of the day.

29.7° with heavy snow. Another hour of this and we should hit 4 inches easy.

I just walked from Amsterdam back over to Riverside and it was very cool to really notice the microclimate we have over here - was sticking much more easily to sidewalks and cars.
