I remember it being a bunch of wimpy snow events up here. Pretty sure New Orleans had a bigger snowstorm than Frederick. It was a winter, but nothing memorable imo.

Wind.  That's what defeats the warm river and the heat island.  

39.0 for a low here on the west side of the DC Beltway.

31.3 for the low!! We did it in Western Loudoun. Based on Dulles readings, Eastern Loudoun too. I guess that will end the growing season.

24.0 this morning.  12 months ago this morning I had a low of 34.  10 years ago this morning I had a low of 55 with sprinkles.
