     I don't consider that the "local area", but to each his own.    Western MD has been consistently proved to get a significant rainfall from this event, and it has played out.   The model QPF for the DC-Baltimore corridor is notably less, but there will be a corridor that jackpots over 0.50".    Let's hope that ends up being a wide corridor.

   edit:  and OF COURSE, the NAM Nest comes in way wetter for everyone within seconds after I type my comment......

Point and click forecast calls for widespread frost for my yard tomorrow night with a low of 32°.

0.06" for my CoCoRahs report, and then got an additional ~0.08" with that last line.  Hope the coastal pans out.

I'm just very proud of that site. It's a beautiful location, and it seems to jackpot a lot.

Today and tomorrow is actually a great/efficient time to water anything that needs a deeper soak, as you're not having to wet the first couple of inches.
