Hope we can all get near an inch at least This is the latest from the WPC concerning this time period. Will be interesting to monitor future trends. Wife and I went for a hike/walk around Beverly-Triton State Park and it was absolutely immaculate out. Temps in the mid-70s with a breeze off the Bay. Honestly couldn't ask for much better.
wxmeddler
Needed more wind or more fair weather cumulus. But a 9/10 day. Gulf Stream low getting pulled north looks interesting coming into the weekdays.
frd
WPC beefing up rainfall totals with latest update. ( to a degree ) Accu-weather Philly states they doubt rain makes it this far North.

high risk
It's pretty clear that there will be a tight gradient on the northern side of the precip shield Tuesday-Wednesday. For those of us north of DC, the question is whether we're in the decent amounts.
WxWatcher007
There should be some rain but I am still a bit skeptical of whether the heavier rain gets into the DC area given the gradient and potential track of the low.
