Maybe if you turned on a fan you could force it to move lol I'm just glad I caught a bit of a break because every time it rains it's biblical. Just had another massive burst of rain. Now it's practically stopped. But I see it will be back very soon on radar.

jm1220
Saw a 4.13” pixel right near Douglaston. Too bad it refuses to move and it’s probably helping to stabilize the setup here and elsewhere since now it’s just cloudy and windy here from the outflow boundaries all over the place.

MANDA
Getting skunked up here in my area. Had one very brief heavy downpour as a storm slid by just to my south. Otherwise sun pops in and out. Main show is route 78 south into CNJ. SNJ getting hit pretty hard as well.

I still bet we somehow manage to pick up 2-3 inches out of this you can see the western area with some strong reflectivity that should push into our area. Obviously not like further south but we should get our fair share!

The seabreeze/outflow boundary sagged south after the Smithtown/Hauppauge storms and the storm over Nassau County now looks to be following that boundary.

Im in obx with several piscataway people and they are wondering. .11 on my station I got only 0.10" from the t-storm that brushed my area earlier. Now we're starting to add to that a little bit with some steady light to moderate rain and I'm up to 0.15" for the day so far. To me it appears I'm not going to get too much rain today. Maybe we end up with a quarter inch, just barely enough to water the garden. I was hoping for more significant rain today.
