I’m enjoying downtown tonight. Hard to measure.

About 3.5ish eyeballing. Should pass 4 pretty easily. It's ripping with gorgeous dendrites the past hour or so. Prob have had over an inch in the past hour. First 3-4 hours were putrid sand.

Really nice finale to the event.

Who is us and by whom??

Just the battle of trying to convey the 6” may be a small area and not the WSW area. Many people seemingly ignoring the DGZ drying out quickly and precip getting showery.

Looks like 3.7 inches will do it....crazy temperature gradient, 24.1 degrees here, 4 miles to the south it is 32 degrees. It has been like that for almost 2 hours now....

Looks like I'm done at 3".  Hear some sleet and rain mixing in.  Radar confirms some warm air busting up Narragansett Bay...

I don’t think too many were expecting 6”.  I figured 4-6” here.

3.5 here in Branford right on the shoreline. Quite the surge in temps earlier...

Agreed. It's always interesting how quickly that warm air moves in.  Probably could have gotten another half inch if it didn't switch over.  Par for the course at my locale for almost the majority of snow events.

Same here and I think we’ll make it here soon, then see if we can add anything tomorrow.  The models had a pretty uniform precip shield that was all snow.  Similar amounts should be found over a wide region, which is pretty cool for the forum.
