I forget where I live is often way better than downtown. Sticking nicely now except to roads.

 

ul energy pushing in from wv and coastal taking shape. Should keep things going until midnight. Not sure I buy the 4am pivot (could happen?). I'm down to 32.5 so next band should screw up the side roads.

Have you got an inch yet?  I am really rooting for Rockville to get hammered. (by snow of course)

If we stay with good rates 1"+ will be easy. I'm gonna jebwalk in the band.

I'm still 37. I do way better than downtown in pure snow events but often don't in these type. Still my precip should last a little longer.  Just getting rain.  My temps are falling slower than forecast by the afternoon runs of the NAM or GFS.  So much for the idea that being cooler to start than the model means anything unless you live in Leesburg.
