Gross day out at DCL.  Misty rain and a cloud forest up at 3k ft.  At least it's cool.  Packing up to head back to Calvert, sounds like it's more gross down there.

I think you are correct on that. This is nothing like the past two summers here. I am happy for this nice steady rain coming in as we put down lawn patch yesterday in hopes that this rain would pan out.

Partly sunny and 83/75 here.  Got a surprise 0.2 yesterday afternoon and hoping for more today.

Yea I haven’t noticed any real browning of grass here. Very green summer overall, especially when compared to the tumbleweed summers we’ve had recently.

85/76 now feeling like a sauna.  Radar looks good and the precip disco is interesting with the discussion of big rainers

Picked up 1.76” of rain between 11:00-1:00 today. Now it’s just gross as the sun comes out.
