Detroit’s air quality index (AQI) was rated at 684 as of 3:30 a.m. Thursday, according to IQ Air which tracks air quality ratings across the world.

Air quality is ranked in these categories:

0-50 = Good, 51-100 = Moderate, 101-150 = Unhealthy for sensitive groups, 151-200 = Unhealthy, 201-300 Very unhealthy, 301+ = Hazardous

Thats where im from before coming out this way. It is really bad up there. Got family and friends messaging me on how breathing is making their throats scratchy even after 5 mins outside. Really insane and worse than 2023.
