A low of 65 here felt like fall at this point. 83 low at home. Already up to 96 there.

Temperatures were in the low/mid 80s for my pre-dawn run this morning. Way too warm. Was probably lot too far away from heat exhaustion at one point. Hydrate!

IAD currently at 92/72.

Another day working outside. Definitely more tolerable than the past two days bit no breeze whatsoever.

98 already at 11 am, running ahead of yesterday. Some high clouds out to the west and SW, which may cut heating short early if that gets here. Dews a bit lower than yesterday.

Did that here earlier, but luckily it was a quick blip. Had to reset all the clocks etc which is annoying. Hopefully it isnt out for long there.

No it’s still out and Potomac Edison’s automated line says it will be out until 3:30.

Agreed. I was very skeptical of the Euro and GFS going for three days in the 100s. We've seen that fantasy mid range heat vanish before. Not this time!

Thanks for the term. I had never seen, or noticed, one in that posture but guessed why. I have more water out now. Hot enough in Pen Mar for panting chickens, ugh!
