Clouds, showers, heavier downpours look scattered south more / higher potential north and east - widesread. Another 40-48 hours of pretty miserable July weather before warming up (perhaps some heat in spots / steamy) drying out or the most part Wed - Fri, although showers/storms still seem possible Thu-Fri.
