Snow in DJFM, more than 20 days with snow otg, a long duration Arctic outbreak, and above avg snowfall for the season. Not sure what grade I'll give this winter but its going to be high.

I give it a golden winter award. Top 5 winter of my 47 year life. I was shocked yesterday when I was standing in intense snowfall rates. When the lightning streaked across the sky that was it. We received a golden winter award.

The only downside at all to this winter was that it had the potential to be even greater. Some very minor tweaks and we could have had 2 feet on Feb 2nd, and another foot for the mid month storm. Would have been 60+ days of snowcover. This was a PHD level winter but it had the potential to be a nobel prize, once in a lifetime winter

We always do wind well in March. Surprised there's no wind advisory IMBY though.

Got one here. Was just on a work call and I can hear my balcony furniture rocking (wind here has been legit), have the lawn care company cranking outside, and then an Alexa notification (figured it was a wind advisory).

They still kept Calvert and St. Mary’s out of it, but definitely is advisory level IMBY
