It's funny, I'm higher up on the hill but a few houses down from me and as I go down, the roofs on the house is is seem to be more frosty than up where I was. To me when I think of an inland cutter, it starts out in the Great lakes and lives its way up through the St. Lawrence valley or the Appalachians.
