It will take a miracle to break a record low for third morning in a row. Record for 8/29 is 39 degrees in 1986. 44.1 is current low number, but forecast is only 50 for tonight, and clouds are starting to move in too. Currently 57.7/44.9 at 9 pm. It's like we live in Southern California all of a sudden.

I like the temperatures and all, but having a peak of like 5% chance of rain for the next week is a serious snooze fest. I'm going camping mid-September and it would be nice to have some variable weather, or maybe a thunderstorm once or twice, etc. I know it's a ways out, but that's starting to feel very unlikely lol.
dailylurker
Relentless epic weather just hammering the area, front after front. This is almost worth the heatwave during peak fall color that we'll definitely be getting. My blighted out tomato plants even rebounded a little bit. Just stunning weather for Aug.

Yea, earlier this summer was chippy, but we were scoring storms. Well, the heat and humidity didn't produce any precip for me either, so I'll gladly take this instead. Low of 47.
