As of the latest update(yesterday) a small area in north central MD- much of Baltimore county and parts of Carroll and Harford- are still in a severe drought. Areas surrounding that are Moderate. Better further east- my yard is on the edge of abnormally dry, and nothing points S and E from there. But yeah there has been marked improvement in the past couple weeks. Not sure why he wouldn't be discussing that rather than being a hypester.

He lives like in York, PA (or somewhere near there) doesn’t he? Maybe it's BYB (back yard bias)

I'm not surprised.  The ground is still drying pretty quickly given how much rain we've received.

Have turned partly cloudy here in last 20-30 minutes, still a bit breezy but temps finally going up (53.8/40.6 currently) after a 45.7 low.

Looks more like late November, cloud cover-wise and feels like March, Home Depot garden area had a wind tunnel effect, yikes its was cold !

I was just in my garden. My cannabis plants were whipping around in the chilly wind. They seemed like they were having fun lol

Looks like some energy moving through from Western PA. currently. 

There some some showers out that way moving ESE, actually just had a brief sprinkle while working in the garden.
