 6-8" ice on some ponds here and open water next to it yesterday. Skimmed over and snow on top now. Not a good recipe for those who don't know the areas that just froze over.

You figure most of the fluff will melt tomorrow though probably not off the ice . Could be danger ahead

Congrats out east. We take what we can get. The lighter stuff since 7am added up a bit 1.8” current depth on the board which will be my final.
