Even that -RN disintegrated as it entered Tolland County.  Yikes.

ORH keeps on being wet, 0.60” and raining at the ASOS.

Still sitting at .05

Only way out now is that cane on the 26th. If that misses or cuts way inland . Winter and gypsy moths will destroy whole forests

It’s crazy how wet that Pike region has been while a county south DIT can’t buy a drop.  I mean look at that dry right up as it hits NE CT.

SW of ORH has been very wet with a few events, it’s so close to DIT each time.

There’s a reason why models showed that split yesterday. It’s happened at least 8-10 times this summer. It is what it is. We’ll deal

To me they didn’t show it like that.  I mean literally a few miles to your north got rain... 0.36” in Somers, 0.26” in Ellington, etc.  I just looked at those global models again and they didn’t show a like 20 mile wide band of nothing.

So many other expenses with college etc in 2 years .. 1 driving and another in less than a year . I’ve never , ever had to worry about this here. Usually in the hills you find a way to rain and if not, it’s just short term. We had a 16 straight day stretch in June of no rain and then just went 8 days this past week.Had one week in JulY where it rained a lot and was lush. August saw south of 84 in town get over 4”. I had 2 and change.  What can you do.. I have a feeling if it ends.. it’s from a cane late month, but we’ll see. Today we had .05. This is going 1960’s on us quickly. The winter will determine that.
