Yeah I noticed we never got out of the 40s. I think some breaks of sun were expected. It stayed overcast here.

Winds were almost dead calm an hour ago, now they’re really ramping up.

1.24” final total this morning. Topped out at 48.

Gust of wind caught the screen door out my back porch and tore it right out of the frame. Thing was probably 40 years old anyway, but damn.

Garbage pickup at 5am and everyone is going to have different garbage bins or none as they are slowly making their way down the street with the wind. 

End of the street houses are going to have a stockpile.

At 2:23 AM EST, Bayville [Nassau Co, NY] WXFLOW reports NON-TSTM WND GST of M66 MPH. ELEVATION - 40 FT.

At 1:11 AM EST, Eatons Neck [Suffolk Co, NY] WXFLOW reports NON-TSTM WND GST of M66 MPH. ELEVATION - 71 FT
