It's already factored in...anomalies on all the maps we've been using are compared to 1981-2010 baseline. That's the beauty of baselines...we can compare apples to apples.

Very possible. EPS and GEFS have been biasing PNA too negative most of the season too, so if that keeps up, that would help reduce heights in the SE as well as we get closer.

I tell you, Jerry--I don't even know.  I was in Maine for the November events; was back here for the putrid December and first 3 weeks of January.  THen managed to be way last week.  So, the only thing I can really say is that it looks really wintry tonight as we head into our February melt.
