Snow Blitz - Napril 6

Recommended Posts

Temps at MPV and MVL have fallen into the upper 20s now... crazy to see moderate snow with 20s in the middle of the afternoon in April.

No problem accumulating at these temps.

And again this is another CT/RI SE MA pike south deal it seems. Exception of ORH of course.

Been snowing very nicely up in Ossipee for the past 45 minutes. Great snow growth.

I just mean in SNE. Seemed like burst was focused more in those spots.

Almost 3 inches on winter hill. Def some elevation gradient but not obscene. Snow was much drier on the top of the hill.

If you live in CT and had measurable accumulating snow, send me your reports and ill make a map thanks!

.7" in North Haven

1" in Southington.

Man that had to be the quickest ending to steady/Moderate snow I've seen in quite a while...I mean one second it's moderate/borderline heavy, and literally the next it's completely over-not another stray flake lol.

Just about all melted already too.  Gonzo!

It's like 70F in DC right now and even like 60F in Newark...good temp gradient to fuel the WAA.

Funny watching the vibrant greens of The Masters this afternoon, while it's 29F and snowing with a winter scene outside.

A tradition unlike any other.

Ended up with an inch here on my hill (380').  Just down the hill and a couple miles away in Chesterfield they only had a light coating. A little bit of elevation helped a lot.
