That ties my low last year. Prior to that I hadn't been that low since 2005. As for the house, I have a 100 year old house that is drafty as can be and it's 52° downstairs and 68° upstairs. Brrr.. Sort of a situation where the lifts can run but can't load public until you can meet code.People are actually rolling into the parking lot. It's cold though. Like Feb 2015 cold.
