Doesn't reach over freezing at 850mb until it approaches midday in NE MA. Meanwhile, marginal at 700mb at 1-2c throughout and before after flip to sleet. Might be messy flake/sleet mix and some pounding sleet at times up here. Signs of ocean enhancement along MA coast when the rain hits during the day.
