Meh... this summer appears hell-bent on wasting all the solar max in a flat trough with no or only brief heat penetration N of the Mason Dixie. 

If Mr BAM's heat/ridge and all that does manifest after the 10th of August, it's more likely the meridian flow up the EC/'Bahama Blue' type.   That's not mid 90s/70 ...more like 86/78

In which case the Atlantic MDR will deliver 0 anything while that is happening so stop typing that.  And the "heat" is more expressed in a high DP that is getting warmed by a seasonally transitioning solar/dimmer sun. 

It would all just be more black mold and lone star tick migration type, incredulous because it's slow moving and therefore not directly observable CC apocalypse shit than anything else.

I remember driving from Tucson to Phoenix many years ago and seeing lightning from the top of the storm clouds.. It was awe inspiring. You would never get a view like that at sea level around here.

AVP hasn’t had their final 90° occur before this date since 2009. They’ve done 90+ in September in 10 of the last 21 years.

Def BN and comfortable for at least the next 2 weeks, which is awesome to say during our peak summer weeks. Not every year we get a consistent 2 week block of average-below average temps and low humidity, especially in peak climo time 
 

After the 1st week of august that could change a bit of course, it is still summer after all and I doubt we finish out meteorological summer without a another push of AN temps but at that point we’re really starting to see seasonal changes regarding daylight and staying power of any high heat. 
 

It’s all downhill from here. Not sure what the argument is

Yeah, it's the same thing every year.  No different than later January and especially by the magical February 10th.   you can really feel winter winding down at that point.  At least concerning SNE - sure it gets cold again here and there,  okay it snows - but it's just not the same.  And the snow melts soo quickly you can rarely even enjoy it

nice thing with August and September is you can get stretches of fantastic weather, whether you like dews or coc - which is hella rare in February and March lol
