In the Flash Flood Warning in Stafford County. We have 3.61” of rain so far today. The creek is roaring behind the house and there’s a lot of ponding of water everywhere.

Figured some folks were getting slammed in that narrow zone from Fluvanna toward Fredericksburg...

Let’s see if that little batch just to your southwest holds together and has any oomph.

I heard the rain on my roof for 15 seconds!

We have a get together at Hopkins Farm in Harford early afternoon, seems like it should be just scattered light stuff by then? Hoping to get lucky despite needing the rain.

At the national zoo. It was quiet but since the rain is not going to materialize it’s getting crowded. And quite more humid.

Sun wants to break through.

Carrying around an umbrella for zero reason is fun.

But it is pouring up at home in Harrisburg. We need rain desperately bad and are in a bad drought.

It's the same game for the past 3 years. We're not getting anything besides a few sprinkles today. The only story in town is the extreme heatwave and the drought.

Mount Holly realized their forecast yesterday morning was waaay too bullish given the weakly forced environment for this 'event'. Decent PWAT and some afternoon heating along with the weak front moving through is pretty much all this has going for it. There will probably be some localized heavy showers and maybe a rumble of thunder in a few spots but many locations will see little to nothing.

Best chance of heavier showers developing is probably this afternoon into the evening with these weak upper level disturbances moving through and coinciding with peak heating.

You are in here acting like a child because you don't like the observations of others. It's pretty clear based on guidance and actual forecasts that this will not be a widespread rainfall for the region that will have a meaningful impact on the drought. Some locales have/will get lucky with some rain. Disagree?

Said the person who made multiple posts getting butthurt over a rating. I get weenied a lot too but you don't see me whining about it.

Dude you weenie everyone who doesn't agree with your takes (usually wrong) in every thread. It's YOU getting butthurt. Carry on being an annoying crappy poster who contributes nothing of substance.

You made a conscious choice to make posts complaining about a rating, if it's getting you THAT bent out of shape then that's a you problem.
