I mean if a Cane threatens…I’ll certainly be back in. But again, how often does that happen…almost never.  So it’s east to stay away. Come late next September/early October…I’ll be back.

I used to log off for winter too but there's more things going on in Summer that I realized so I hang around all year, not as invested in winter but more than I used too.

The two 18" storms (Dec-Jan) were the difference, Take those 2 away and it would be subpar here/

I’ve been tuned out for a while, spent last half of Feb in Hokkaido, Japan. That’s for another post. Looking ahead def some chances later in the month 19-26th? for the climo favored spots especially. We’re basically fully melted out here. Has been a cold but low snow year for the interior foothills into the mountains. Spots like Greenville are looking at less than 40” in January/Feb. that’s bad

Or last time PWM (59.7") was basically even (Spring will widen that gap, presumably).

I mean, it looks like the worst possible outcome, of course. No real warmth and no real snow chances.

Id guess that as we make it to the end of the month some nicer days will appear though. Doesn’t take much to run at 60-65 by late March early April, even if the anomalies aren’t overly impressive
