Low of 22 in Columbia. 

It's shocking how well they maintain every road, parking lot, ect. It's not like around here where we get snowed in. One day I was there It snowed from 7am to about 1pm. We got about 30" in that time period. By 1:30 the sun was out and roads were fine. The Airbnb was plowed several times. I drove down the Tug to the town of Pulaski and hit the cannabis dispensary and Arby's for lunch. I could of drove a Camry. I didn't even need to put my truck in 4×4.

Another beautiful winter morning. What an amazing winter it has been here in the lowlands. I'm going to miss these blue bird mornings by next week when it's back to cloudy, humid, and damp every morning. I just need a couple inches of slop at some point to make it to climo for the third winter in a row. This is my 3rd winter in a row with a solid period of snowcover and deep winter conditions. 
Next winter I'm going to be a resident of the upper Tug, in the  Montague area. My climo will increase by around 300" a year lol

You're hearing the truth! I'm definitely looking for a property with a guest house or finished basement. Something like that. It's going to have huge flood lights for nighttime snow, snowmobile trails, snow removal toys, snowmobiles, wood stoves, and my snowman figurine collection on display lol. I'm definitely not settling for anything outside the climo jack zone on the upper Tug. Anyone who truly loves snow is welcome.

I thought it was 19. Either way its a hell of a streak. The open fields around me are thinning with some bare spots, but here in the woods still 90% or so with the sunny side out that back showing a few bare spots.

Hi temp Friday imby/Columbia was only 33.5. Thought I’d do better than that today. Felt ok with no wind.

As everyone knows, this ice pack from the frozen sleet is still hanging in tough.  The glacier in our back yard fully supports my small Kubota tractor, which weighs in around 2200lbs.  With the wood in the loader, it's closer to 2500 lbs as shown.  The tires barely leave a mark on the surface.

A surprisingly low 33.5 for hi temp today. Down to 27 at 8pm. Looks like good night to see some stars from deck. Modtly clear, moonrise not until sometime near/before dawn.
 

Been noticing how smooth the top of the snow still looks. No footprints. This stuff was/still may be a challenge to walk on and play in up until now, but tops seem finally to be softening some now with warming … plus that increasing sun angle.
