CoastalWx
The EPS has an intriguing look late in the 11-15 day. Pacific a hair better, but some weak NAO ridging showing up with a mean trough more in Midwest. 1

UnitedWx
LOL at the differences on the GFS between 18z, 0z and now 6z regarding Monday's possible system. It's a hit for some again, no doubt it'll be different at 12z again

Typhoon Tip
First time I've seen the sun succeed at 'eating' a morning cloud layer back quite so obviously. Almost 40, no wind ... kind of napey out there. It occurs to me that this thing coming up tomorrow night, is p-type a matter of contention? That sort of doomed the last thing, in that the BL was 3 to 5 too cold in the guidance. Prismshine Productions
How the ever hell we go in the span of 72 hours from 10 days of snow on every model to a strike, a NoP Special, then the wiffleballSent from my SM-S166V using Tapatalk

Typhoon Tip
43, no wind, full sun through pristine clean air. After 5 weeks of cold drear ... I tell ya what... it's easier and easier to motivate against any winter on any chart. 1

powderfreak
Locally here in the MVL topography, we went from 0F this morning, to 42F this afternoon, and back down to 14F this evening. A 42-degree diurnal rise, then a 28-degree drop within a few hours of sundown. Classic for high pressure overhead for this time of year. What a day in NNE. Valley radiators mount up for large swings.
UnitedWx
Finally warmed just enough here to clean up the driveway. Had a Kid slam his dodge Dakota into the side of our house early last week at 1:30 a.m...DUI. Launched 25 feet airborne, upside down over the neighbors driveway, slide on the roof through his yard and take out a huge arborviete. The tree flipped his truck back on the wheels and landed against our house in our driveway. The amount of shit from his truck left behind was a mess! Luck the house has little damage except siding 2 1

From what I'm told, it's his second DUI The house still needs to be looked at by the adjuster. Yesterday was pure sun, little wind, 39/2, mildest max of the month so far. Low was 1 this morning but clouds moved in late morn and probably won't let the temp get past the low 30s.
