Moderate slow in northwestern  Queens.  Visibility low.  Everything  covered, except heavily slated and traveled streets. But even they look they won’t stay wet long.

all that salt they put is pointless, the city doesn't use common sense, you plow than you salt

there was already 5 inches of salt on the ground, they put more last night
