06z euro improved again after the regression at 00z. I don’t think this one has a high ceiling though. There’s just not enough room. But it could be a solid advisory event maybe.

Yeah, this thing is hauling ass and our trough just does not amplify enough. I see at most a 1-3” type deal. Will still make for a festive mood and raise those ‘s spirits. I’m not sure we see a full whiff.

I like 2-5” for ct as of now as a ceiling, hoping we start locking in and mid levels produce some good growth and fluff. But we really can’t afford a gfs euro compromise if so it’s a coating to 2” type deal.

Looking at the Euro and GFS runs we'd be right on the line of wintery and rainy even way up here, but overall not terrible.

Looks like all the events will be close so plenty of time to trend those all south a bit to get everyone else in on the game.

@qg_omegaReally not sure what the point of trolling my hedge is? If I end up wrong, I'll admit it, as I always do. I think if we did a poll, the board would overwhelmingly reflect that. All kidding aside, everyone who takes the time to articulate their thoughts into a cohesive forecast is going to get it wrong at times, otherwise no one would ever learn anything. It seems patently silly to mock said efforts on a forum that is designed to be an outlet for such endeavors.

It's not like I was biased towards NE cold and snow, either...I think the work reflects that. Thus far I have been too warm, and by a significant margin. Last year I was also too warm.

Yeah, we aren’t out of the game here completely yet. However, we are teetering on this being nothing more than a few flurries.

Anything less than an across the board improvement at 12z, we’re cooked

Our big town plow went by around 11:30PM (dog started freaking out).  It had the blade down and was scrapingmaybe 0.5" of slush while treating.   Making our road even worse
