high risk
Interesting trend in some of the evening guidance to slow the exit of the clouds and showers on Sunday. The HRRR is the slowest, with showers not exiting the DC area until after noon and temps staying in the 60s all day with clouds. The NAM Nest and HiResW ARW2 both keep shower chances around through much of the morning but still get sun by midday. HiResW FV3 gets the showers out early, and clearing arrives quickly.
Eskimo Joe
Radar would suggest light rain in northwest Baltimore County, but the ground remains dry. Starting to wonder if this post frontal rain is going to be a bust.

dailylurker
Here in jackpotville it poured all night off and on. Looks like more coming this morning. Today's forecast doesn't look as nice as it did a couple days ago. I'm so ready for drought round two lol 1

The gradient between 5-10 miles to my west and 5-10 miles to my east is probably over 1”. Think I’m around 0.3” for yesterday and overnight. 1

Sitting at 1.48" for the event so far.
MN Transplant
Over 2” at DCA, over 1” at BWI, and 0.03” at IAD. We really need a tropical or synoptic system to come in and douse us all (while dry-slotting @dailylurker’s yard). 5
RDM
Just woke up and saw the wet asphalt outside with a few drops hitting the windows. Thought "at last, some rain" Then checked the Vantage Vue - have .02 on top of the .03 received last night. Sigh.....

WxUSAF
About 0.4" now for the last 24 hours. 0.55-0.6" for September. Not bad, but nothing at all on the horizon for the next 10-15 days except pleasant fall weather.

dailylurker
I forgot to empty my rain bucket from the 3" storm a couple weeks ago. Between yesterday's multiple storm hits and heavy rain all night. I'd estimate nearly 2". No drought in the lowlands lol
