It has been pouring all night.

Stowe and Waterbury PWS are all showing storm total of 1.5-2.0” as of 4:25am.  MVL has put up back to back hours of 0.48”, so 0.96” in last two hours.  Pretty soaking rain.

Nearing 2” with the real heavy stuff down near ALB about to rotate up here...we’ll see what happens.

  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of eastern and southeastern Massachusetts and
