Take the GFS out to the pasture and put it out of its damn misery once and for all. :deadhorse:

But yet it has been doing better than the euro with many storms this winter.

Stop humping the Euro =)

Still rather have the euro on my side vs gfs. Euro has been consistent on this one and NAM starting to come around too

Sorry. It’s a SNE’s turn now. You guys had your fun. ;)

A coworker sent this photo of the road to his house here... I expect all of you to sympathize with our pain if this whiffs to the south of N.VT ;).

Euro further south and east

Caving

I can't see the 18Z.   GFS had me in Central NH way to far NW of the good stuff.  I know it was an outliner but it is interesting if the Euro is moving in that direction.  I just don't "feel it" for either of the next 2 storms.

18z Euro was 4mb weaker so it was SE at this lat then the 12z run, It still got down to 983 mb @43.5/68 so it was late deepening, Shaved off .5" qpf.

18Z ECMWF went SE by quite a bit. Instead of tracking the low over PYM its now just east of ACK. Mostly snow for those in CT expect SE CT.

Thanks Brian.  I subscribed to Weatherbell last year just so I would not have to ask the "how much in my backyard questions".  In any event I have had my share of snow and Im ready for the melt and mud season.

Our season of nickels and dimes continues. Right around average seasonal snowfall without any one storm over 6”.

Sweet. Would be a consensus if the GFS wasn’t so far south.

11/20, 1/20, and 2/13 were over 6".  Not by much, though.  No events over 8" so far.

Nice on the ECMWF. That's a big storm.

What's it got for the QPF queens?

First call for Sunday night into Monday morning storm. Will likely need to fine tune/adjust tomorrow night or early Sunday before the final call. This is the one that looks really promising.

Just remember GFS modeled about 6" for you before Feb '13. Rest easy.

9.5" is my biggest storm. Would be nice to double digit, but wouldn't be surprised at all if this one hooks more right. Certainly been the trend to underperform this season

Pretty incredible that we have avg snowfall but no double digit events.  I guess wait and see on this one.

My largest was 7.0" on 11/20 here in SoPo.  I think PWM grabbed 7.7" on 2/13.
