CoastalWx
Had solid pack when I left, but almost gone in Quincy owing to less snow there. It will be gone soon.

tavwtby
good God did it pour and howl last night...went from about a 6" pack to basically piles and some covered spots... we'll see if the piles can last the torch and keep the "at least a pile" of snow OTG since November...also, what a temp swing... went from 2-46 in like 14 hours... moneypitmike
Damaged for sure. Surprisingly, the picni5table which gets ait circulating on all sides still has snow on it. I dropped my daughter at school in gfield.....Lots of exposed fields on the stoneleigh campus.

HoarfrostHubb
While we still had 100% coverage at my house, it is a pale ghost of what it was yesterday. The winds and rain really did a number. Most will be gone by the time I get home I'm guessing, but it wasn't that deep or stout. My wife reported our driveway and road were very icy on her walk with the dog pre-dawn
weathafella
This was an amazing melt. I woke and walked the dog to full pack. Swiss cheese by morning coffee-probably gone by lunch.

HIPPYVALLEY
I'm sure it will be just patches by tomorrow but we escaped the torching rains overnight. This is on the way to town from my house.

I'm on the Gondola now I'll go check it out. Sometimes it gets so deep they don't know what's under there. That's hilarious. Cord on the picnic tables. OceanStWx
Goes to show you what a difference high placement makes. A retreating high gives us a S or SW wind, but if you put the high north we get an E component. That is what really helps set up the CAD. And we know the W component loves to DSD and torch. I'm thinking I'll at least see parts of the yard (if not a lot of it) by the time this all ends. Can already see under the big evergreens there are a couple grass blades where the snow doesn't reach. Damage In Tolland
The only interesting wx is how heavy the freezing rain will be in the Steelers / Chiefs game and if it brings down any of the light towers. Other than that, it's shorts thru the 24th and even some ski days in shorts for folks up north
