I honestly feel bad for our brothers down south. I really do. But we all know that, in order for general DC metro to get crushed, they need to get screwed. General idea, but based in reality.

Nah, in this case we would've been fine either way. It's mostly 40N that's benefitting at Richmond's expense.

At least 4.5 inches.

 

This stuff is going to be very hard to measure after that damn wind comes up.........

I guess when the winds really pick up it's a matter of measuring in several locations and either taking a straight average or the mode of all the measurements.  It will be difficult, but surely a burden we can all gladly manage!  :lol:

At least 7 and maybe 8 inches in Tuckahoe which is an area maybe 10 miles north and west of Richmond's center. The heaviest snow I have seen during the storm is occurring now along with some sleet. It has pretty much been snowing at a rate of 1 inch per hour since 10:30AM.
