Welcome to North Carolina...where if you want to see snow, move to Beech Mountain...or Elizabeth City. The sad thing about after this storm NE sections could have a higher ytd snowfall then parts of the southern mountains. The bolded will be true. The dew points last night before I went to bed was below zero! It is nothing new and was on all of the models. You wait until 6:25am to all of a sudden realize that it might take a while to overcome the dry air? Shouldn't you just stick with what you first put out and wait and see instead of making changes?
