So, it can snow and accumulate a few hours after it's been 75 degrees the entire night prior to the snow starting the next day around noon, in the middle of March, with a temp above freezing. My southern MD family has been crushing my Germantown snowfall totals for a few years, including last year with about 10" for me and almost 25" for them.
