That is a lot of CAPE, and a ton elevated (wide at mid levels).  Not the best EML, but 6.6 C/km 850-500 should do the job to have some solid overnight storms (for once)!

Seems cells developing ahead of the main complex. That tells you the environment we have in place.

Yes CGs density is excellent in nrn WV and wrn MD.  So a night of near constant "flickering" seems likely some locations!  I like the there is OFB  headed for the metro.

Nocturnal tstm development is a different animal than daytime.  Very quick development and not always apparent where exactly it will fire.  Lots of surprises.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

           to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as
           damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by
           downed trees. Localized power outages are possible.
