Nary a flake in Providence. HRRR has pushed back onset every run today.

Takes a while to saturate. On your doorstep.

About a half inch of pure Arctic fluff.

Yeah, I was surprised to see snow already on the ground when I got to the office.

30/26 at home.

Yeah I feel like some of those weird holes won't happen...at least in CT anyways. Maybe a smaller min. but I don't see how someone only gets 5-6". I think this is widespread inland.

I dunno, this seems reasonable to me

I’ve been going 12-16”. 18 if things break correctly but solidly in the 12-16” range. If round two tomorrow night is real.. all bets off. What are your thoughts?

Sounds great agree.

You should know better than to taunt the weenies.  Yeah, that map certainly doesn’t seem unreasonable.

Its 30 and snowing on Block Island !

A lot of cstl  places may see that. It could be a RASN mix before flashing to snow.

Any chance we just go isothermal during the meat of this and go to town with 8-10” of mashed potatoes that flips only at the very end as it lightens up and winds down?

Yeah, that needs to fill. Had me worried last night and it's still lurking this morning.

It will all consolidate move very slowly north. Look offshore.  Relax and enjoy

8-10 may be tough. It will probably go isothermal, but not sure you get that much there. It's a tough call as it sometimes is around here. Easy call inland.

light snow flakes in Newport at 809 a.m.

at 7 a.m. there was a tiny dusting on a part of my car, so something in the micro range happened beforehand
