Kinda surprised BDL reported 64 mph. Didn’t really seem like it. I guess though there might have been a very brief burst. Have to watch video and see if I can spot it

Wow. We just got absolutely smoked. Some huge branches down in neighbors. Def severe gusts. We lost power too.

Pretty impressive overlap of 3km CAPE/3km lapse rates. Couple that with a LLJ max moving overhead with a vigorous s/w moving through...viola!

Trees and branches down across town.  Several roads blocked, had to reverse direction 3 time coming home due to frees blocking road.

Holy F**K that was some insane gusts from this, whole building was shaking...

Edit: was not expecting that at all, not from that weak looking part of the line, miles from where it looked to be severe. Impressive event.

Lots of trees and branches down in Greenfield. No power downtown.  
My neighborhood ok.  Probably gusted close to 50mph.  Only lasted a few minutes. Power flickered few times.
