It's only happened that late in the season twice (9/22/1970, 9/20/1983) at BDL, has never happened at PVD, BDR, and ORH, although BOS has six occurrences (1881, 1895, 1914, and 1983). That resulted in this here... 09/24 85.8 59.2 0.00 09/25 85.9 63.4 0.00 09/26 84.3 62.9 0.00 09/27 85.4 62.8 0.00 There were 4 straight days of record highs at CON. 91, 90, 90, 90.
