NYCGreg
that same buoy I posted, a couple posts up is down to 998 now. the next few NAM runs might melt the server. If only there was a way to get this to ride up the coast. Would have been a monster for us.
Metasequoia
that same buoy I posted, a couple posts up is down to 998 now. the next few NAM runs might melt the server. The next 6 to 12 hours will be critical to the evolution of this storm. Most models have the low tracking due east later today before turning northeast tomorrow. This eastern jog takes the system too far from the coast for most of us.

Mophstymeo
not for my area. but from Eastern NJ on eastward. Perhaps, but it would have to do something so startling that the models weren't able to "see" it. And here I am, anthropomorphising a storm. I'm wondering if there's ever been other bombs of over 30mb drop in a 24 hour period ? I really think it's in the 980's already.
Metasequoia
If the low is bombing out earlier than progged and at a quicker rate, I'd think this would affect it's trajectory.
