I'm on 84 West now, the dividing line between basically weenie flakes and a steady somewhat meaningful light snow was right around Farmington Connecticut. radar looks like GON maybe doing okay.

 

Had about 1.25" at my house when I left at 8:30am.  Maybe a little less when I arrived to work in Norwich.  Still moderate snow with huge flakes coming down.  Will probably finish up with 1.5 - 2" total.  I'm guessing GON will do a little better.

It's just such a narrow zone - absolutely no room for error. The way this winter has gone, my money is on the area from the midcoast to downeast cashing in on this.

Those are usually the favored area for these but won't really know until pretty much a nowcast, At least we may see a few inches out of it while someone sits under the death band
