  1. Pounding here in Harwich, MA banding looks amazing, going to sleep for a few hours hopefully then get up for the thundersnows.
  2. I think we are around 1.5-2.0" of snow on the ground now, heavy wind blown snow, its a dry powdery snow.
  3. The beginning stages of the super band is south of the region still, impacting Nantucket and slowing down and convergence is strong.
  4. Does EURO dry slot CC and Islands, or does it mix with and changeover to rain on its run?
  5. NAM got colder as of the 12z runs, from 6z runs, it went from 10-13 to 16" and GFS is still showing signs of up to 26-28" of snow for me even if we get rain. Snowing light snow right now, heavier returns showing up on radar to the south. this system is much faster than forecasted timing. About 2 hours fast.
  6. GFS is still showing 28" of snow for CHH, while NAM is now showing 16"
  7. When you guys say absolutely crushed out here on the cape from the fronto banding, how much is crushed? Like 12-18" before dry slotting?
  8. Can't wait for the radar to light up with dark green and yellow returns and thundersnows.
  9. It seems like the synoptic snows want to get going sooner than anticipated.
  10. 6z GFS dumped on CHH, about 28" of snow 10:1 ratios, NAM has 10-13" of snow due to mixing concerns.
  11. NO, not this time, its not changing to rain until later in the day.
  12. BOX snow map is going to bust low big time on Cape Cod, MA, especially eastern parts of the Cape.
