Looked like a bit of a inversion earlier today. I noticed what looked like a house fire (dark smoke) off to the south of Hurlock. The smoke drifted straight up then went totally flat. Pretty interesting..

Just noticed a light south easterly wind starting to pick up. Here comes warm and wet. Temp still 32

Heavy rain. Temps really shot up with this surge of moisture. Up to 39 now....was 33 earlier when it first started.

we're on the western edge of the the heavy stuff, but it's heavy

actually looks a bit brighter to my west too

I can't recall seeing a snake like feature to the radar like this that wasn't a front

Yeah I was thinking that too looking at how its been modeled. Odd look for middle of winter. Looks like deep feed of moisture from the subtropics between the flow ahead of the front to the west and the backside of that high.
