Even she was ready for it to be over by the end. I was miserable right after I started. 22.8 now, 19.8 when I left to jog. Still a decent bit of snow on the ground in lower Rockville. Been really tough down there. Anywhere south of Harrisonburg really. Here it's been about all you can ask from January. Double digit snowfall (11.5"), 16 of my 31 Cocorahs reports had at least a T of frozen, 15 with snow cover. No long cold waves, but a nice chilly month with only one high above 45. Somehow, however, this winter still feels lame to me.... I am actually a couple of inches below climo for this part of winter in snowfall, but it feels lame more for the lack of any really large storm.
