There will be that fine of a line. I think longitude might become an issue. Anything that sticks out into those 55F SST's may have a problem. Biggest I can find is 9.5" in 1987 but haven't had the time to look through all the years. Yep that's the biggest monthly total. I think we need to prepare for a serious early season snowstorm, with potentially widespread power outages, possible white outs and nasty travel. This storm is not to be taken lightly.
