Moderate/heavy sleet with temps at 23 degrees in Lynchburg, VA. Had a period of ZR with lighter rates, but really only a glaze of ice. Not much precip left. Central/Southern VA as well as the NC Piedmont seem to really have dodged a bullet.

Spike to 28.5, then my ex station stopped reporting, came back, now it says 27.7 so maybe that’s the max

Obviously I can't discount your report, but whomever that person is getting sleet in Northern RI is extremely unlucky. It would also be the farthest northern sleet report at the moment...

NAM Nest is truly a solid model for thermals but it SUCKS for QPF. This is a big reason I did my forecast like I did and it seems to be working out, however probably underestimated the total sleet after the snow. These totals post flip are nuts across MD. Went a little too low.

Lol not for me. As a hobbyists I want as much access as I can get. If it's on stormvista then I may look into it myself.
